About Alanis Ingham-Cotterell
Alanis joined FSP in September 2019 and is a Trainee Solicitor in the Property Litigation team. Prior to joining FSP Alanis studied Law LLB at Brunel University London and went on to achieve a Distinction in her LPC at the University of Law (Reading).
In addition to assisting the Property Litigation team generally, Alanis manages a caseload of commercial and residential property matters. Alanis has significant experience of dealing with landlord and tenant issues including the service of break notices, s.25 and s. 26 Notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, the recovery of rent and service charge arrears, the possession of residential properties, boundary disputes, premises licences and leasehold enfranchisement matters acting for both landlords and tenants.
