Alfie joined the Real Estate team in November 2025, having previously trained at a commercial property boutique firm in London, Maples Teesdale.
Alfie advises on many aspects of commercial property law but is particularly experienced in landlord and tenant matters. He routinely assists clients with acquiring and disposing of both freehold and leasehold property and he also handles the ongoing management of leasehold property such as assignment, underletting and alterations.
