Amanda joined Field Seymour Parkes in October 2025 as a Paralegal in the Real Estate team. Before joining the firm, she worked as a Private Client Paralegal after obtaining her LLB Law degree from the University of Bristol.
As a Paralegal in the Real Estate team, Amanda assists solicitors across a variety of transactional matters, including new and existing leases, purchases and sales, development matters, and refinances. Her responsibilities include drafting and reporting on legal documents, calculating Stamp Duty Land Tax and filing Land Transaction Returns, and managing post‑completion formalities.
