Amber Pocock

Amber is a Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Estates team having joined the firm in September 2024. Amber trained with a regional firm in the Thames Valley which the main focus of her training being in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

Amber advises clients in relation to the lifetime planning matters, including the preparation of Wills and advice regarding inheritance tax planning, as well as the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Amber also advises clients on the Estate Administration process, including assisting both Executors and Administrators on all elements of estate administration, the preparation of applications for Grants of Probate and Grants of Letters of Administration, together with all Inheritance Tax reporting. Additionally, Amber can act for executors and trustees in dealing with financial institutions, third parties and advises on the various tax implications that may arise throughout the estate administration process.
