Amelia joined FSP as a Paralegal in the Corporate team and qualified as a Solicitor in May 2024 following completion of a corporate focused training contract.

Amelia has experience dealing with various organisations ranging from large corporates to start ups and regularly advises on transactional matters such as share and business disposals, reorganisations and share buybacks. When working on transactions Amelia is praised for her diligence and organisational skills and plays a key role raising and responding to due diligence enquiries, overseeing the operation of online data rooms, leading the disclosure process and facilitating completion. Amelia’s collaborative approach to transactions ensures that she builds longstanding relationships with other lawyers she works with as well as clients and professional advisors.

In addition to her transactional work, Amelia often deals with matters relating to corporate governance including advising on arrangements between shareholders, drafting articles of association and updating/maintaining statutory books and registers. Amelia is also a key contact for FSP’s charitable company secretarial clients.

"I used FSP to act for me in the sale of my business. Both Ross and Amelia are a credit to FSP. The advice provided was excellent and I was always kept updated on developments. Highly recommended. "
