Amelie Temple
Graduate Apprentice Solicitor
Amelie joined FSP as a Corporate Paralegal in September 2024 and commenced her Corporate focused Graduate Apprenticeship in August 2025. Prior to joining FSP, Amelie completed her undergraduate law degree at the University of Cardiff.
As a Graduate Apprentice in the Corporate team, Amélie assists the team on a day-to-day basis with a broad range of matters including, legal drafting, filings at Companies House (including incorporating companies and limited liability partnerships), and maintaining company statutory registers.
Amelie also frequently supports the corporate team on transactional matters where she has been praised for her exceptional organisational abilities, playing a key role throughout the process, from the initial stages of setting up, managing, and reviewing online data rooms, to overseeing the completion process on the conclusion of the transaction.
