About Aneesa Babariya
Aneesa joined FSP in October 2023 as a Paralegal in the Contentious Probate Team. Prior to joining the firm, Aneesa graduated from University of Reading in 2023 with a First Class Law degree.
Aneesa provides support in cases involving challenges to Wills under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, the validity of Wills due to lack of testamentary capacity and undue influence as well as cases involving the Court of Protection and the removal of Lasting Powers of Attorneys
