Avneet Athuraliya

Avneet is a Solicitor in the Corporate team having joined FSP in June 2025.
Avneet has experience dealing with various types of organisations ranging from large corporates to start ups and regularly advises on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and general corporate governance matters. Avneet is also part of FSP’s Private Equity & Venture Capital team where she works with both investors and companies when they are making or taking investments.
Avneet studied LLB Law at the University of Portsmouth and, having achieved a first-class honours, went on to achieve a distinction in her LPC MSc at the University of Law. Prior to joining FSP, Avneet completed her legal training at a leading regional law firm based across South East England and qualified there as a solicitor in March 2024.
