Bridget Bailey

Bridget is a Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Estates team at Field Seymour Parkes, having qualified in February 2025. She trained at a local firm experiencing the full range of lifetime estate planning and estate administration.

Bridget advises clients on both straightforward and more complex Wills, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and on lifetime Inheritance Tax planning matters.
In addition, Bridget advises Executors and Administrators through all stages of the probate process, including estates involving business and agricultural assets. This includes applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, the preparation of Inheritance Tax returns, and liaising with financial institutions and other third parties to ensure estates are administered efficiently.

She acts for a wide range of clients, from individuals and families to business owners and high net worth clients, and is committed to delivering clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Bridget also holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Trusts, as well having been awarded a distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates.”
