Caterina Magenes

Caterina joined our Agricultural and Rural Land team in September 2023. Caterina studied BA Geography (Hons) at University College London (UCL) before completing the Post Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in Reading. She has recently passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination 1.

As a Senior Paralegal, Caterina handles her own case load whilst also assisting the team on a full range of agricultural and commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, tenancies, first registrations, and the grant of ancillary rights.

Caterina also works in collaboration with the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates team, assisting with transfers and first registrations of land, where these have arisen as part of individual estate planning and administration matters.
