About Catherine Ramsbottom
Catherine is an Associate in the Wills, Trusts and Estates team, having qualified into the team in September 2018.
Catherine advises on lifetime planning matters, including drafting wills and advice regarding lifetime gifts and inheritance tax planning.
Catherine also advises on the administration of estates, ranging from registering a death to drafting probate applications. This includes inheritance tax advice but also consideration of capital gains and income tax implications on death.
Catherine also assists in relation to the Office of the Public Guardian matters, including advice on putting powers of attorney in place and assistance on attorneyship matters.
