Chantale joined the Property Litigation team as a Solicitor in November 2025, having completed her training contract at a national law firm in London.

She advises on a range of residential and commercial property disputes, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, private individuals, and charities. Her experience includes lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, possession claims, and boundary disputes, with a focus on achieving practical and cost-effective outcomes for clients.

Before qualifying, Chantale gained experience across real estate, dispute resolution, employment, and charity law, providing her with a strong understanding of the wider legal and commercial context in which property issues arise.

Chantale studied LLB Law at the University of Exeter and achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course (LPC)at the University of Law (Bloomsbury). She is also committed to promoting diversity and sustainability within the legal profession.
