Charlotte Hudders

Charlotte joined Field Seymour Parkes in September 2023 as a Paralegal in the Corporate team, before commencing her training contract in September 2024. Prior to joining Charlotte studied LLB Law and Criminology at Cardiff University and graduated from BPP University with a distinction in her LLM Legal Practice Course.
As a Paralegal in the Corporate team, Charlotte assists with transactional work such as share and asset disposals, corporate reorganisations and share buy-backs as well as general corporate governance and company secretarial tasks.
