About Charlotte Hudders
Charlotte joined Field Seymour Parkes in September 2023 as a Paralegal in the Corporate Team. Prior to joining Charlotte studied LLB Law and Criminology at Cardiff University and graduated from BPP University with a distinction in her LLM Legal Practice Course.
As a Paralegal in the Corporate Team, Charlotte assists with transactional work such as share and asset disposals, corporate reorganisations and share buy-backs as well as general corporate governance and company secretarial tasks.
