Charlotte heads our human resources team which supports and develops our people.
Charlotte draws on a wide range of experience including more than two decades in the legal sector as well as the public sector and a workplace transformation firm. She has worked in senior HR and operational roles in both national and international law firms both inside and outside the UK. Charlotte has a master’s degree in business administration and is passionate about collaboration and people development.
