David joined FSP in April 2025 as an Associate in our Residential Conveyancing team.
David has extensive experience advising on residential property matters, having worked in a central London law firm for the last 8 years, and advises all types of clients ranging from first time buyers to high-net-worth individuals and companies.
David advises on all aspects of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and bridging finance, unregistered land, transfers of equity, deeds of easement and non-contentious lease extensions. David also advises developers on initial site set-up, the resulting plot sales and the ongoing management of their estates.
David also has experience in commercial property transactions and freehold and leasehold enfranchisement.
