Senior Paralegal
Emma originally joined FSP’s Residential Property team in July 2001 as a secretary, progressing to a junior fee earning role before taking a break in 2016 to support her children through primary school. She returned to FSP in March 2025 back to her roots in the Residential Property team.
Emma provides day to day support to fee earners in the team on a wide range of matters including the sales, purchases and transfers of equity. She assists in every step of these matters, from the initial stages, investigating title and drafting contracts, through to exchange of contracts, completion and post completion matters. Emma also manages her own caseload and is currently studying with a view to qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.
