Emma joined the Agricultural and Rural Land team in April 2026 following qualification. She studied Business Management and English at Keele University before completing both the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law, London Moorgate.

Emma has experience in both private client and commercial property, giving her a well-rounded understanding of issues affecting rural landowners and farming businesses. She advises of a diverse range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land, landlord and tenant matters, and property aspects of estate and succession planning.
