Francesca Lombardi
Associate
Francesca is an Associate in our Commercial and Technology team.
She supports a wide range of clients, ranging from small to medium sized businesses through to large corporations, on a variety of commercial, technology and IP related matters depending on their business needs.
Her day-to-day practice includes drafting, advising on and negotiating:
- key business contracts such as supply agreements, terms of business, framework agreements, privacy policies and data processing terms; as well as
- more complex commercial and technology contracts, for example relating to SaaS subscriptions, the supply of IT solutions, IP licences and assignments.
Francesca also assists with the commercial aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions and advises clients on construction matters, such as in relation to building contracts, appointments and collateral warranties.
Her clients operate in a broad range of sectors including the technology, engineering, manufacturing, defence and automotive industries.
Francesca joined FSP in 2020 having trained, qualified and gained hands-on experience in a boutique firm based in Marylebone. She moved to study in England in 2010, originally hailing from Italy and is fluent in her mother tongue.
