Joe joined Field Seymour Parkes in January 2025 as a Paralegal within our Real Estate team. Before joining the firm, Joe completed his undergraduate law degree at the University of Bristol.
Within the Real Estate team, Joe’s work as a paralegal involves assisting fee-earners on an array of transactional matters such as new and existing leases, purchases and sales, refinances, and developmental matters. His responsibilities include drafting legal documents, calculating Stamp Duty Land Tax, handling exchange and completion, and dealing with post-completion registration at the Land Registry.
