About Josh Sharma
Josh joined Field Seymour Parkes in October 2023 and is a Paralegal in our Real Estate team. Prior to joining Field Seymour Parkes, Josh worked in the Family Law sector after obtaining his LLB Law Degree at Brunel University London.
As a Paralegal in the Real Estate team, Josh supports fee-earners on a wide range of day-to-day transactional matters involving new and existing leases, purchases, sales, refinances, developmental matters, and legal drafting. Throughout these transactions, Josh assists with many different steps, primarily including the initial stages, legal drafting, Stamp Duty Land Tax, exchanges, completions, and post-completion registrations.
