Senior Associate

Kate is a Senior Associate and heads up our Residential Conveyancing team and is also the head of our New Homes team.

Kate joined FSP in April 2022 having previously worked at a local Reading firm and an international London law firm.

Kate has over 20 years’ experience dealing with residential and commercial property. She covers all types of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, leasehold property, unregistered property, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, deeds of easement and non-contentious lease extensions.

Kate acts for all types of clients ranging from first time buyers to high-net-worth individuals and companies.

Kate offers her clients a bespoke and proactive service.
