Katherine is an experienced corporate lawyer who brings an entrepreneurial mindset to every client relationship. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, she has a deep appreciation for the people behind the businesses she advises; their ambitions, pressures and the decisions that shape their next chapter. She helps leaders move forward with clarity, confidence and a clear understanding of their options.
For Katherine, exceptional legal advice begins with understanding the individual: how they got here, what drives them and where they want to go. She uses these insights to deliver advice that is technically robust, commercially attuned and aligned with each client’s vision. Her approach is proactive and strategic, anticipating issues before they arise and supporting clients as they grow.
Katherine’s practice covers the full spectrum of corporate work. She acts for buyers and sellers on share and asset sales, acquisitions, restructurings and other complex transactions, and she drafts and negotiates the full suite of corporate documentation, from early‑stage shareholders’ agreements and articles of association through to exit‑focused advice and planning.
She has significant experience in the private equity sector, having led a large volume of transactions ranging from £500,000 to £20,000,000 across diverse SME portfolios and industries. Katherine is known for her calm, solutions driven approach, her ability to manage negotiations effectively and her skill in leading multidisciplinary teams with precision and adaptability.
People sit at the centre of Katherine’s work. She is deeply interested in how organisations function, grow and thrive, and she is energised by creative problem‑solving, collaboration and continuous learning.
Alongside her client work, Katherine is committed to developing others. She mentors junior lawyers, leads and supervises teams and plays an active role in initiatives that promote inclusion, wellbeing and professional growth within the workplace.
