Katrina is a Solicitor in our Commercial, IP and Technology team having joined FSP in February 2024. She advises on a wide range of commercial law projects and provides support to in-house legal teams. Katrina’s experience extends to advising on supply of goods and services agreements, business terms and conditions, IT contracts, intellectual property and data protection particularly in the technology, property and leisure and hospitality sectors. Katrina also provides commercial due diligence support.
