Kiran Chita
Solicitor
Kiran is a Solicitor in our Commercial, IP and Technology team having joined FSP in July 2025.
Kiran advises clients across a broad range of sectors including technology, medical equipment, retail and manufacturing. She supports clients with a wide variety of commercial matters including drafting, advising on and negotiating key business contracts as well as advising on data protection and intellectual property matters. She also has experience in assisting with the commercial aspects of corporate transactions. Kiran also spent time in-house after qualification, this developed her understanding of commercial realities and gives her a strong appreciation of how to tailor legal advice to business needs.
Kiran studied Politics, Philosophy and Law LLB at King’s College London and went on to achieve a Distinction in her LPC at BPP. Prior to joining FSP, Kiran completed her legal training at an international law firm and qualified as a solicitor in September 2023 before moving to a global RegTech company.
