Lauren Buckmaster

Lauren is a Solicitor in the Corporate team having joined FSP in October 2025.
Lauren has experience advising a range of businesses throughout their lifecycle, from start-ups to large multi-national corporates in relation to a variety of corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures, fundraising rounds, and general corporate governance matters. She particularly enjoys working with owner managed businesses, guiding companies throughout a sale or investment process. Lauren is also part of FSP’s Banking & Finance team, advising clients in relation to their financing arrangements.
Lauren completed her legal training at a national law firm and qualified there in September 2022. Prior to joining FSP, she also gained expertise at a leading media and entertainment law firm in London.
