Lauren Buckmaster

Lauren advises business owners, founders, management teams and investors on a wide range of corporate transactions. She has particular expertise in supporting owner-managed and founder-led businesses through significant milestones, including share and business sales and acquisitions, investment and fundraising rounds, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance matters, such as shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2022, Lauren has advised businesses at every stage of their lifecycle, from start-ups to large multinational corporates. She regularly acts for owner-managed and founder-led businesses on transactions ranging from £500,000 to £20 million. Having established her own business before becoming a solicitor, Lauren understands the commercial realities, risks and opportunities that business owners face, enabling her to provide advice that is pragmatic and commercially grounded. She particularly enjoys guiding clients through a sale or investment process, often during some of the most important moments in the life of their business.

Lauren completed her legal training at a national law firm before gaining further experience at a leading London media and entertainment practice. She joined the Corporate Team in 2025 and brings a solutions-focused approach to helping clients achieve their strategic and commercial objectives.
