Lauren joined the Real Estate team in June 2015, after training and qualifying with FSP.

She has experience with a range of areas within commercial real estate such as landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals and secured lending. Lauren works with a variety of clients including charities, landlords, tenants, investors and institutional lenders as well as working closely with both our corporate and banking teams, providing property assistance on both corporate and banking transactions.

Lauren has also dealt with both development work and renewable energy projects, drafting and negotiating option agreements and granting commercial leases to solar power, battery storage and EV charging developers and businesses.
