Lili joined Field Seymour Parkes in January 2025 as a Paralegal within our Residential Property team.
Before joining the firm, she completed her law degree at the University of Reading.
As a Paralegal in our Residential Property team, Lili provides supports to fee-earners across a broad spectrum of transactions, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Her responsibilities range from legal drafting and liaising with lenders and clients to managing payments, helping on exchanges and completions, and handling post-completion formalities.
