Lily Clark

Lily joined Field Seymour Parkes in August 2025 as a Paralegal in the Real Estate team, after completing her LLB at the University of Nottingham. In her role, she supports fee‑earners with a wide range of property matters, including new and existing leases, sales and purchases, development work, and refinances.

Her responsibilities include drafting and reporting on legal documents, coordinating exchange, completion and post‑completion processes, handling Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions, and preparing and submitting Land Registry applications to ensure accurate and timely registration.
