About Lindsay Davies
Lindsay is a Senior Associate in the Family & Matrimonial team. She specialises in resolving the financial arrangements on separation and divorce for both married and unmarried couples. She is experienced in resolving matters by way of negotiation and regularly undertakes court proceedings, including financial remedy proceedings for divorcing couples, proceedings under TOLATA and Schedule 1 of the Children Act for unmarried couples and Children Act proceedings for separated parents.
In addition Lindsay specialises in preparing and advising on pre and post nuptial agreements and declarations of trust and cohabitation agreements for cohabitants as a means of preventing or limiting disputes on separation or divorce.
She is a member of Resolution and the Thames Valley Family Lawyers Society.
Lindsay also practises in the area of contentious probate and advises on Will and trust disputes and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act. She is an Associate member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists.
