Lindsay Davies
Senior Associate
Lindsay is a Senior Associate in the Family & Matrimonial team. She specialises in resolving the financial arrangements on separation and divorce for both married and unmarried couples. Lindsay regularly deals with cases involving complex business, pension or international interests and has a particular specialism in advising in relation to Armed Forces Pensions on divorce.
She is experienced in resolving matters by way of negotiation and other non-court dispute resolution methods but also regularly undertakes court proceedings, including financial remedy proceedings for divorcing couples, proceedings under TOLATA and Schedule 1 of the Children Act for unmarried couples and Children Act proceedings for separated parents.
In addition, Lindsay specialises in preparing and advising on pre and post nuptial agreements and declarations of trust and cohabitation agreements for cohabitants as a means of preventing or limiting disputes on separation or divorce.
She is a member of Resolution and the Thames Valley Family Lawyers Society.
