Liya Khwaja

Liya joined FSP in June 2025 as a Paralegal within our Family & Matrimonial team. Prior to this, she graduated with a Law degree from Durham University and completed her LPC at the University of Law.

Liya assists fee-earners in the Family & Matrimonial team with matters relating to children, divorce and finances. Her role involves preparing court bundles, liaising with counsel and assisting with the drafting of documentation. She helps to ensure that cases progress efficiently and that clients receive a high standard of support throughout their matters.

As a member of the Thames Valley Family Lawyers’ Society, Liya also prioritises making connections with other family law professionals in the region and keeping up to date with developments in the sector.
