Navika Khanna

Navika is a Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Estates team having completed her training at a Buckinghamshire firm before specialising in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

Navika has experience providing clients with a variety of lifetime planning advice, including the preparation of basic and complex Wills, the drafting and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and advice regarding estate planning.

Navika also assists Executors and Administrators in relation to applications for Grants of Probate and Grants of Letters of Administration, as well as advising executors, administrators and families on all inheritance tax reporting requirements and dealing with third party institutions throughout the estate administration process.
