Nicole Eaton
Graduate Apprentice Solicitor
Nicole joined FSP as a Graduate Apprentice Solicitor in December 2025 and is currently undertaking her first seat within the Business Services Team. Alongside her work, Nicole is studying for the Solicitors Qualification Examination (SQE).
Prior to joining the firm, Nicole studied Criminology at the University of Nottingham, before achieving a distinction in her MA Law. Nicole also worked as a department assistant within the private client team at a Surrey-based law firm.
Within the Business Services Team, Nicole supports all three three sub-teams:
- Employment
- Commercial, IP and Technology
- Dispute Resolution & Litigation
While she supports each area, Nicole has a particular focus on Commercial Dispute Resolution, assisting with a range of contentious matters and gaining exposure to dispute management, debt recovery, legal research, and case preparation.
