Patrick Turek

Patrick joined Field Seymour Parkes in April 2023, after completing his Masters of Law and Legal Practice Course with the University of Law in Reading.

Patrick is a trainee solicitor in the Real Estate team where he assists with and handles transactions involving offices, shops, warehouses and housing developments representing landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and lenders. Patrick also has expertise in dealing with electric vehicle charging leases.

As a Trainee, Patrick is building his own caseload under supervision whilst also assisting the team with more substantial transactions, from initial due diligence to legal drafting and completion. He is a point of contact for clients, providing help throughout the conveyancing process.
