Peter Hopkin

Prior to joining FSP, Peter trained and qualified at Linklaters before working in the City for a number of years at Bates Wells.
He has experience of a wide range of commercial real estate matters, acting on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and secured lending in the context of both refinancings and acquisitions. Peter’s work has also covered a wide range of sectors, having acted for institutional lenders, developers, investors, corporate occupiers, care home providers, charitable grant funders and national charities.
In addition, Peter has experience of working on technical property law aspects arising from charity disposals, lease structuring and mergers.
