Pippa is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team, specialising in property related disputes and litigation. Pippa regularly acts for organisations and individual clients in relation to both commercial and residential property issues.

Pippa is experienced in providing practical solutions which are tailored to the client’s individual needs and objectives and seeks to achieve a quick and cost‐effective resolution. Usually this will mean exploring various forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as negotiation and mediation, to settle matters at an early stage.

Where it is necessary to refer matters to the Court or Tribunal, Pippa is experienced in representing clients throughout proceedings in the County Court, High Court, First‐tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and Upper Tribunal.

Pippa advises on residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters including commercial lease renewal proceedings under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations claims, break notices, forfeiture, possession actions, breaches of covenant, rent arrears claims, residential tenancy agreements and long residential lease extensions.

Pippa also advises clients in relation to property ownership disputes including adverse possession claims, joint ownership disputes, enforceability of restrictive covenants, applications to modify and discharge restrictive covenants, prescriptive easement claims, trespasser evictions, and disputes involving rights of way and party walls.

Pippa is a member of the Property Litigation Association and is recommended in The Legal 500.
