Richard Adams

Richard joined Field Seymour Parkes in July 2024 as a Corporate Paralegal and commenced his Corporate focused Graduate Apprenticeship in February 2025. Prior to joining FSP, Richard studied Business Management at the University of Nottingham before completing his Postgraduate Diploma in Law achieving a distinction.

Richard’s work spans various aspects of corporate M&A transactions, providing essential support throughout different stages of the transaction process including assisting with due diligence by opening and maintaining data rooms as well as the preparation and/or review of key ancillary documents through to execution and formal completion. Richard also handles day to day corporate governance and company secretarial related tasks such as liaising with Companies House and helping to resolve client queries and issues relating to matters such as statutory registers, director and secretary appointments and resignations as well as share transfers.
