Roanna Landor

Roanna is a Solicitor in our Commercial, IP and Technology team having joined FSP in March 2026.

Roanna supports clients with a wide variety of commercial matters including drafting, advising on, and negotiating key business contracts as well as advising on data protection and intellectual property matters. She also has experience in assisting with engineering, procurement, design, and construction services contracts.

Roanna has spent time in-house after qualification, firstly with a national telecommunication and secondly with a large American engineering services and construction company. Her time in-house has given Roanna a deep understanding of how clients operate and a commercial mindset when supporting clients across different sectors.

Roanna studied Law at Keele University and went on to study an LLM in International Commercial Law at University of Reading. Roanna then gained invaluable experience as a paralegal alongside studying her LPC at the University of Law. Roanna trained at a national law firm, qualifying in October 2022.
