Robert Woodhouse

Robert is a Legal Director in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. He joined the firm in 1997 after 12 years with another Reading-based firm. Robert handles a broad range of disputes with particular emphasis on insolvency, retention of title claims, breach of warranty claims and shareholder/partnership disputes. Robert also deals with construction disputes, professional negligence claims, intellectual property disputes and defending clients facing legal action for alleged breaches of competition law and consumer protection regulations.

Robert has considerable expertise of dealing with all court proceedings relating to insolvency and restructuring matters.
