Samantha joined FSP in November 2025 as a Conveyancer in the Residential Conveyancing team.
Sam has worked in a variety of roles within the property market over the past 20 years, with experience working with large national house builders, as well as more localised smaller house builders. Sam undertakes a range of residential work, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Sam has experience with the Help to Buy scheme and repayment of charges relating to the same. Sam has experience acting for various types of client and provides an empathetic and efficient approach to achieve client goals.
