Sarah joined FSP in 2000, initially working in secretarial/administrative roles, before moving into our Support team.  She has been part of our HR team since 2005.

In her role as HR Advisor Sarah has a wide range of responsibilities from onboarding new joiners, to managing many of the HR processes for pay, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training, professional development, family leave, references, holidays and much more. With her focus on looking after our people, Sarah is a key part of our Family FSP ethos, ensuring that we are able to support everyone to reach their full potential at the firm.
