Sarah joined FSP as HR Advisor in spring 2021, having previously gained over six years’ generalist HR experience in global organisations and becoming an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Sarah is responsible for many of the daily operational activities of our HR function across the full employee life-cycle, from regularly leading on our recruitment requirements through to advising and assisting partners, support managers and individuals to ensure all our people are fully enabled to work at their best. She also assists the Head of People with wider project work and HR processes: supporting our business leaders and helping to facilitate the delivery of our HR strategy.
