About Sarah Lonergan
Sarah is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team having joined Field Seymour Parkes in June 2023.
Sarah studied English Literature and French at Royal Holloway, University of London and then went on to achieve a Distinction in her LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at University of Law (Reading).
Prior to joining Field Seymour Parkes Sarah qualified in October 2022 at a large regional firm in their Oxford office.
Sarah gained experience in several areas of law prior to commencing her training contract, including Operations which enhances her ability to provide legal advice in a commercial context to clients.
Sarah advises clients on a range of commercial disputes including general contract disputes, debt recovery, breach of fiduciary duties claims, deposit disputes and breach of confidence claims. Sarah also has some experience in Property Litigation and has advised clients on matters such as boundary disputes and breaches of restrictive title covenants.
