Serena joined the Real Estate team in 2024 having previously worked at a large regional firm in the Reading area. Serena works with a range of clients including landlords, tenants, charities, and investors.
Serena advises on various aspects of commercial property law and has developed particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters, regularly assisting clients with new lease negotiations, lease renewals, assignments, lease variations and licences for alterations among other matters.
Serena also works with buyers and sellers on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property – with particular experience in auction sales.
