Thelma is a solicitor in our corporate team having joined FSP in 2022 as a Paralegal before commencing her training contract and qualifying in September 2025.
Thelma can advise on M&A transactions, venture capital investments, general corporate matters and company secretarial matters.
Thelma holds a First-Class LLB from The University of Law in Bristol and a Distinction in the LPC with an MSc in Law and Business from The University of Law, Moorgate.
