Vicky is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team with experience working across all variety of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, tenancies and property financing.
Vicky has particular experience handling higher value lettings transactions and acting on land acquisitions for development. She also advises clients on a range of strategic land matters including option agreements, joint venture agreements, promotion agreements and overage. Vicky also deals with landowners in connection with the grant of solar farm option agreements and leases.
Vicky also specialises in s.106 planning agreements and unilateral undertakings.
