Associate
Victoria is an Associate in our employment team, advising both businesses and individuals across different sectors. Her practice covers a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including redundancy processes, enforcement and interpretation of restrictive covenants, and employment tribunal litigation. Victoria regularly assists clients with drafting and reviewing employment documentation such as contracts of employment and consultancy agreements, staff handbooks and policies. She also works closely with our corporate team, supporting on the employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
Victoria has a particular interest in guiding employers through the practical and strategic handling of workplace issues. She frequently advises on grievance procedures, disciplinary processes, and performance management, helping clients manage risk while maintaining a fair and effective working environment.
Victoria joined the firm in 2023, bringing with her a strong foundation in employment and corporate law gained at a commercial law firm in Buckinghamshire. When initially joining FSP, alongside her employment focussed practice, she also supported the firm’s immigration team on matters for business clients, further broadening her legal expertise. This diverse background enables Victoria to approach client matters with an enviable wide-lens perspective, delivering practical and commercially focused advice.
Victoria is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
