FSP Advises on Promotion Agreement for Residential Development at Bishops Green Farm, Bishops Green, Newbury.
James Burgess a Partner in the Real Estate Team recently acted for clients in respect of a Promotion Agreement on a potential development site at Bishops Green, Newbury to Catesby Strategic Land Limited in conjunction with Carter Jonas who advised the landowners on the commercial terms. Acting also in relation to the liaison with the landowner’s mortgagees the Agriculture Mortgage Corporation in relation to the consent for the Promotion Agreement and the priority in respect of security relating to the land and the Promotion Agreement.
