We also represent a large number of landowners, both in the Thames Valley and nationally, owning sites suitable for development.

Examples of our recent work include:

  • Acquiring a residential development site with consent for 184 units across three phases of a luxury scheme in the Thames Valley.
  • Purchasing a 78 unit scheme in very short time frame for a large residential developer.
  • Selling the site of a 249 residential unit scheme for an educational institution to a national housebuilder.
  • Acquisition for development of a former public house for its conversion and subsequent disposal of a mixed use scheme comprising 54 residential units including 16 affordable housing apartments.
  • Purchasing the site for development of a national centre for research and manufacture of vaccines, including all construction procurement for its development.
  • Disposal for a landowner of 52 acres of land for development to a national housebuilder following the grant of outline planning consent.
  • Negotiating an option agreement for a landowner leading to the option being exercised resulting in a disposal of a development for 55 residential units.
  • Advising a developer on the means of procurement of construction work on the redevelopment of a former medical facility in South Wales; dealing with a pre-let agreement conditional on practical completion to a well-known national convenience retailer of the same premises.
  • Advising a national housebuilding group on the pre-letting of the commercial element of a largely residential development, under construction near Southampton, including advising on the required development specifications and warranty packages; also pre-selling the investment interest in the same, to be effective at practical completion.
  • Advising a private landowner on the sale of a 104 residential scheme, to include a village hall and nursery.
