If you are looking to acquire a property, here are some useful sets of links to public information sources, which can provide helpful information before you negotiate heads of terms.
Don’t forget to also look at the local authority planning portal for the area in which the property is located, which can be a goldmine of both history and plans.

To see if a property has a valid EPC and at what level. It will also link to the relevant “recommendation report”
